Margaret Ann Stotler
1949-2026
Margaret Ann Stotler, 77, of Great Cacapon, W.Va., passed away on Monday, February 2, 2026 at her home.
Born January 1, 1949 in Berkeley Springs, W.Va., she was the daughter of the late Howard M. and Nonsetta A. Hobday Stotler.
Margaret was a Christian. She graduated from Berkeley Springs High School and went on to own and operate her own cleaning business for 28 years. She was a seamstress at London Fog for 23 years.
She loved cooking, baking, entertaining, barn animals, celebrating the Christmas holidays, spending time with her siblings, going to the campground and she loved her grandchildren.
She is survived by her spouse, Harry C. Gloyd, at home; daughters, Lisa M. Stotler (Dennis) of Berkeley Springs, W.Va.; son, Shawn A. MacCumbee (Tiffany) of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., and stepdaughter, Rhonda Miller of Keyser, W.Va.; four grandchildren, Corey, Patrick, Madison and Bayleigh; three great grandchildren, Peyton, Gracelyn and Lainey; sisters, Barbara J. Cain, Wanda Kelly, Peggy J. Helmick, Debra Cain, Vivian Shoemaker and Denise Stotler; brothers, Thomas Douglas Stotler, Kenneth L. Stotler and James D. Stotler and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one stepson, Tommy Gloyd; brothers, Howard M. Stotler, Bernard C. Stotler and Ward R. Stotler, and sisters, Mary J. Mills, Alice P. Stotler and Nonsetta T. Stotler.
The family will receive friends from 1-3 p.m. and 5-7 p.m. on Thursday, February 12, at Helsley-Johnson Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 95 Union Street, Berkeley Springs, W.Va..
A Celebration of Life service will be announced at a later date.
