Hancock’s High Street might be renamed Haunted Avenue as residents add spooky scenes to their yards in the weeks leading up to Halloween. Travelers on U.S. 522 northbound are greeted by a pair of larger-than-life gnarly creatures as they take the Hancock ramp onto High Street. Further up the road, a front-porch sampler of spooky figures offers up the stuff of movie nightmares.
