Skunks in Washington County test positive for rabies; public should exercise caution

The Washington County Health Department has confirmed that several skunks submitted for testing in Washington County have tested positive for rabies.

Anyone who may have had contact/exposure with any skunks in Washington County, from October to the present time, should contact the Washington County Health Department at 240-313-3210.
