A Hancock man previously charged with possession of drugs with the intent to deliver them has been returned to jail after the Morgan County Magistrate Court revoked his bond.
Dylan A. Payne, 22, was charged in July with having both fentanyl and suboxone in his possession with the stated intent to distribute those drugs to others. His bond was set at $10,000 at the time.
Police were called to a Morgan County residence on August 31 for a domestic battery involving Payne. One of the conditions of his previous bond agreement was that he not commit any additional crimes.
The court granted a request to revoke Payne’s bond and return him to jail to await further hearings on the drug charges.
