Snow has been a rare sight in Hancock this winter as there hasn’t been much snow falling and sticking on the ground. The most recent snowfall was just before Christmas this past December when the area got around two to five inches of snow. Snow was falling last Friday afternoon, March 3, dusting the cemetery behind St. Thomas Episcopal Church and St. Peter’s Catholic Church. It was a rare sight as there hasn’t been much snow this winter as only two to five inches blanketed the area just before Christmas.
