Wanting to preserve local history, Faye Younker clipped newspaper and magazine articles about Hancock and other subjects from the 1960s up until shortly before her passing 2020.

Faye Younkers son donated over 80 binders and books of his mother’s scrapbooks of newspaper and magazine clippings with Hancock history, happenings and memories to the Hancock Historical Society and Hancock War Memorial Library.

Now, roughly 80 binders and hardback books from her handmade collection…
