Free Forest Medicine & Tree workshop set for June 27

Wild Potomac will host a free workshop on Saturday, June 27 about tending trees and finding “forest medicine,” all being explored at Hancock’s Widmeyer Park starting at 10 a.m.

Community herbalist Meaghan Thompson-Moore of Blooming Mountains Botanical Sanctuary will teach participants how to make medicine from trees.
