Maryland’s Department of Commerce has released a economic survey seeking public input about the future of economic initiatives and economic growth.
“Maryland has long been a place of innovation, opportunity, and economic strength. With a highly skilled workforce, strategic location, and thriving industries, our state is well-positioned for continued growth and success,” said Maryland Commerce officials. “As Maryland explores new opportunities to strengthen our economy and support future growth, we want to hear from you. We invite you to participate in a brief public survey to help inform the state’s economic priorities and initiatives.”

The survey asks residents to review and rank potential economic initiatives based on the impact they believe each could have on Maryland’s long-term growth and competitiveness.
“Your feedback will play an important role in helping policymakers shape a strong, inclusive, and forward-looking economy where all Marylanders can thrive,” state officials said. The survey is open through May 25.
