Valley Art Assoc. to present free “Vibrant Visions” show

The Valley Art Show, entitled, “Vibrant Visions” is coming up soon at the Washington County Arts Council, 34 Potomac St., Ste 100 in Hagerstown. Thirty-three members of Valley Art will be participating. This promises to be a really big show. Come out and see your local and regional artists’ work.
