Families will fill Widmeyer Park this Saturday, April 12 for the annual Community Easter Egg Hunt in Hancock.
Registration for youth egg hunters starts at 1 p.m., when different age groups, will begin their rush for colored prizes.
Children registered for the hunt will also be entered to win door prizes, raffle drawings and Easter Basket prizes.
Families of children aged two to 10 should take an Easter basket for the event.
Attendees are also asked to take donations of canned and non-perishable food for the local food bank.
The Community Easter Egg Hunt is sponsored by the Hancock Lions Club, Hancock United Methodist Church, Catalpa United Methodist Church and Piney Plains United Methodist Church.
In case of rain, the event will be held on Sunday, April 13.
