Town officials have decided to not to hold a regular December town meeting. An emergency meeting could be set up if needed.
Mayor Roland Lanehart, Jr., said he was told there hadn’t been meetings held in December because of the holidays.
Town Manager Mike Faith said if something were to come up he’d let officials know, which Councilman Josh McCusker agreed to.
“If something major comes up, we have to have a special meeting, we can always call a special meeting,” Lanehart said.
