Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration will be conducting load tests on the U.S. 522 bridge on Tuesday, October 22.
Weather permitting, they will conduct a series of load tests on the bridge, with the first test set for 9 a.m.
The other two tests will be conducted that day based on traffic volumes. When volumes are lighter, MDOT SHA would do the tests.
MDOT SHA should have the tests wrapped up by 3 p.m.
