The Valley Art Show, entitled, “Vibrant Visions” is coming up soon at the Washington County Arts Council, 34 Potomac St., Ste 100 in Hagerstown. Thirty-three members of Valley Art will be participating. This promises to be a really big show. Come out and see your local and regional artists’ work. The show, which is free and open to the public, runs from Thursday, October 3 to Tuesday, November 5. Gallery hours are Tuesday-Friday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturdays, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
There will also be a virtual show online starting October 5 on www.washingtoncountyarts.com.
An Opening Reception will take place on Thursday, October 3 from 5-7 p.m. at the Washington County Arts Council galleries.
Originally formed in 1938, the Valley Art Association has more than 100 active members who love and support the visual arts. Members are drawn from Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia. The Association operates the Mansion House Art Center in Hagerstown.
