Pennsylvania State Police recently responded to a residence on Tollgate Ridge Road for two incidents involving teens from the Hancock area.
According to online police records, troopers from the Pennsylvania State Police McConnellsburg barracks responded to the report of an assault at a party just before 2 a.m. on Sunday morning, September 22, in the 1500 block of Tollgate Ridge in Mercersburg.
When police arrived, they contacted several individuals – a 17-year old male from Warfordsburg, an 18-year old female from Hancock, and a 17-year old male from Little Orleans – drinking underage.
Police also investigated an assault at that location where a 17-year old male from Warfordsburg punched an 18-year old male from Hancock.
Charges for both incidents were filed through Magisterial Judicial District Judge Tamela Mellott Heming.
