This Tuesday, August 6, is National Night Out in Widmeyer Park and the Hancock Police Department and The Town of Hancock sponsor the yearly event.
As in years prior, music will be provided by Take Two all night, the Lions Club will be serving hamburgers and hot dogs in the Lions Pavilion, Joint Training will provide games, bounce houses, and a variety of vendor tables with information and free goodies.
There will also be 3 on 3 basketball games at the new basketball courts and various other activities for kids.
National Night Out starts at 6 p.m. on Tuesday and fireworks will go off at dark.
Raindate for the fireworks is Wednesday, August 7.
