Disorderly conduct, 200 block West Main Street. Gone on arrival.
Disabled vehicle, first block Grand Street. Subject had private tow.

Assisted Maryland State Police, 3-mile marker east-bound I-70 traffic hazard. Barrel in roadway was moved to safe area.
