Hancock the Elf has returned from the North Pole to keep an eye on the folks in the town of Hancock for Santa. With the help of Hancock Parks and Recreation, Hancock makes stops at random places throughout town, like at the basketball court in Widmeyer Park on Monday evening, December 11, for kids to take pictures.
