Joseph Hancock Park was a natural setting for the town’ s annual Christmas tree lighting on Saturday, November 25, topping off Miracle on Main Street, a local holiday event produced by Main Street Hancock and Hancock in Motion.

Dozens of local families and neighbors gathered for the return of the town’ s Christmas tree to the small park on Main Street.

Food trucks were parked in nearby lots, along with sidewalk vendors and local merchants selling Christmas décor, gifts, hot meals, and snacks.

“Three-two-one, Merry Christmas!” the crowd exclaimed, as the tree lit up on cue.

Many joined in song with a group of carolers, celebrating the start of the Christmas season.
