Maryland asks residents to stomp & report spotted lanternflies

Spotted Lanternfly adults have emerged, pest experts say.

Areas of the state are beginning to see an increase of this invasive pest. Residents of all counties in Maryland, with the exception of Harford and Cecil, are encouraged to report their sightings via MDA’s website.

Just snap a picture and send your location. The public is being encouraged to stomp the invasive lanternfly to stop their spread.
