Trees planted at elementary school

Young minds won’t be the only thing growing at Hancock Elementary in the coming years as about 350 trees were planted at Hancock Elementary and Hancock Middle-Senior High School recently. The seedling trees in Hancock, which cover .7 acres at the high school complex and .71 acres at the elementary school, are part of 28.8 total acres planted on Washington County Board of Education properties and schools.
