Tonoloway Rod & Gun Club presents 2022 Scholarships

Tonoloway’ s Rod & Gun Club president Leroy Mann presents 2022 scholarship awards to Emma Stouffer and Seth Bivens . Each received $500.00 toward college tuition.

Stouffer is the daughter of Jesse and Kim Stouffer and the Valedictorian of Hancock High School Class of 2022. She was four-year varsity athlete for the volleyball and softball teams, a three-year athlete for indoor and outdoor track and a one-year athlete for basketball. In addition, she was a four-year member of the Hancock marching and concert bands, serving two-years as mallet percussion leader. Stouffer’s leadership roles include President of the National Honor Society and the Spanish Honor Society, Co-Editor of the yearbook, and secretary /treasurer of her class, as well as a member of the winning

Academic Team for three years. She will be attending Lock Haven University and accepting a scholarship for an accelerated Physician Assistant program. This five-year bachelor/master’ s degree program in human science for Physician Assistant.

Bivens is the son of Laura and Michael Bivens of Hancock and the Salutatorian of Hancock High School Class of 2022. He was a four-year varsity athlete for the Baseball and basketball teams, a four-year concert and marching band percussionist, serving as drum captain. Biven’s leadership roles include Co-Vice President of the National Honor society, Spanish honor society and class president all four years. He plans on attending Hagerstown Community College to major in health sciences where he will continue playing baseball.
