A Hancock man and woman were charged in the hit and run murder of Jacob Allen Long earlier this year.
Tommy Lee Puckett, Sr., 52, and Tammy Louise Puckett, 49, were arrested by Washington County Sheriff’s deputies on Friday, September 18, as fugitives from justice from Pennsylvania.
Both had hearings in Washington County Circuit Court on Monday, September 21, and voluntarily waived extradition to Pennsylvania where they both face multiple charges.
