Todd Jeffrey Weller, age 54, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., passed away on Saturday, October 24, 2026.
Born September 25, 1972, in Morgan County, W.Va., he was the son of Joe Weller of Warfordsburg, Pa., and the late Marlene S. Ward.
Todd was a graduate of Southern Fulton High School.
He retired from U.S. Silica after twenty-four years of service. He was a member of the Berkeley Springs American Legion, Post 60.
Todd had many hobbies including hunting and enjoyed driving his “Ole Blue.” He was an avid racer at the Mason-Dixon Dragway.
He is survived by his loving wife Holly R. Weller of Berkeley Springs, W.Va.; two sons, Dalton Weller of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., and Austin Smith of New York; one brother, Eric Weller of Needmore, Pa.; two sisters, Melissa Stotler of Falling Waters, W.Va., and Teresa Weller of Martinsburg, W.Va.; three grandchildren and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
In addition to his mother, he is predeceased by two uncles, Leon Ward and Danny Youngblood; and his maternal and paternal grandparents.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 7, 2026, at 1 p.m. at the Hancock Assembly of God, with a two-hour prior gathering of friends. Pastors Kenny Mason and Rodney Truax will officiate.
