Hancock students have array of scholarships available to help navigate the cost of college

As the 2026-2027 school year is just started at Hancock High School, it’s not too early for the Class of 2027 to start thinking about their post-high school careers and possibly going to college.

For in state students, costs for three of the larger schools in Maryland – University of Maryland, Salisbury University, and Frostburg University – are between $16,000 and $32,00. That includes tuition, room, and board. And that’s before any…
