Vivian Regina Wandless
1938-2026
Vivian Regina Wandless, 87, of McConnellsburg, Pa., entered into eternal rest on June 24, 2026.
She was born on October 20, 1938, in Hancock, Md., a daughter of the late Phillip Bishop and Iva Weller Bishop.
Vivian’s greatest joy in life was her family. She cherished every moment spent with them and found her deepest fulfillment in the love they shared.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Grant William Diehl; her second husband, Arnold Richard Wandless; her brothers Lloyd Bishop, Jeff Bishop, Herb Bishop and Paul Bishop; her sisters Doris Keefer and Mildred “Nook” Edwards; and her parents.
Vivian is survived by her loving children, Grant William Diehl II and wife Alberta Diehl, Warfordsburg, Pa., David Allen Diehl, Hancock, Md., and Iva Melody Diehl Bowman and husband Allen Bowman, Clearville, Pa. She is also survived by her grandchildren Grant Diehl III, Jeffery Morris, Ashley Diehl Rhodes, Jessica Diehl, Tiffany Diehl, Logan Bowman and Taylor Bowman; along with seven great grandchildren, all of whom brought her tremendous pride and joy. She leaves behind many nieces, nephews and close friends who will remember her with love.
Vivian’s memory will continue to live on in the hearts of those she leaves behind, and her legacy will be carried forward through the generations.
Services are private and at the convenience of the family.
The family has entrusted Kelso-Cornelius Funeral Home in McConnellsburg, Pa with Vivian’s arrangements.
