Patrick McBee (right) presented Hancock Middle-Senior High School Principal Jennifer Ruppenthal a check for $587 on behalf of Knights of Columbus Council 12191 from St. Vincent De Paul Catholic Church in Berkeley Springs. The money was raised through the council’s annual Tootsie Roll drive at various places in Hancock and Berkeley Springs and goes to the special needs programs at the school.
