On Monday, March 30, Washington County Sheriff’s Office has released more details about the February shooting on Whispering Wind Road in Hancock.
Police said that after the State’s Attorney review of the facts of the case and a March 25 Grand Jury, no charges will be pressed against the minor who shot Brian Keith Lavoie, Jr., age 43, on February 21.
