Debra Sue Flowers

1959-2026

Debra Sue Flowers, age 66, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., passed away on Friday, March 27, 2026 at Hospice of the Panhandle Inpatient Care Facility in Kearneysville, W.Va.

Born June 2, 1959 in Berkeley Springs, W.Va., she was the daughter of the late Joseph William and Susan Belle Yost Young.

Debbie is survived by her husband of 46 years, Lawrence Reed Flowers at home, two children, Chase Flowers (Michelle) and Bobbi Jo Kelley (Kent), all of Hagerstown, Md., one sister, Connie Lee Shirley of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., one grandson, Lucas Reed Kelley and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Judy Elaine Patton and two brothers, Gary Leon Young and Gail William Young. Services will be private.
