John Jennings McClintock
1944-2026
John Jennings McClintock, age 80, of Falling Waters, W.Va., died on Friday, March 13, 2026 at his home.
Born September 18, 1944, he was the son of the late Frederick Jennings McClintock and Jessie Marie Fredman McClintock.
John graduated from Berkeley Springs High School.
He served in U.S. Air Force. After his military service, he was an independent truck driver all his working life.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Darlene Remsburg McClintock, one daughter, Dusty Jenkins (Erick), one son, John J. McClintock, Jr., one sister, Darla Ambrose, one brother, Fred McClintock and a number of nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be conducted on Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at 7 p.m. at Helsley-Johnson Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 95 Union Street, Berkeley Springs, W.Va., with Pastor Clint Winebrenner officiating. Interment will be private. Family will receive friends from 1 p.m.-3 p.m. & 5 p.m. until service time on Wednesday.
