Ralph William Stotler
1948-2026
Ralph William Stotler, 77, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va. passed away on Tuesday, February 17, 2026 at Winchester Medical Center in Winchester, Va.
Born October 15, 1948 in Berkeley Springs, W.Va. he was the son of Roy C. and Ethel Clark Stotler.
He attended schools in Morgan County. Ralph was a U.S. Army veteran.
He worked at U.S. Silica, retiring after 51 years as a bagger. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, taking care of his garden and fishing.
Ralph is survived by his children, Stacy, Lisa, Solomon, Elizabeth, Joyce, James and Matthew, one sister, Ada Ambrose, two brothers, Robert C. Stotler and Delmas “Bud” Stotler, stepchildren, Dana Gosnell, Heidi Jenkins, Samantha Bennett and Jeffrey D. Williams and numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife, Susie on June 26, 2019, one brother, Leroy Stotler, infant brother, Andrew, sisters, Carrie Henry, Velda Foltz, Mildred Bageant, Reva Poffenberger, Kathleen “Kack” Fleece and one infant Catherine Stotler.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Thursday, February 26, 2026 at Helsley-Johnson Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 95 Union Street, Berkeley Springs, W.Va. with military honors provided by the Tri-State Honor Guard. Pastor Jeff Miller will officiate. Interment will be in Chestnut Grove Cemetery in Winchester, Va. The family will receive friends from 4-7 p.m. on Wednesday, February 25, 2026 at the funeral home.
