Carl Christian Winters, age 64, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., passed away on Monday, January 19, 2026 at the Berkeley Springs Healthcare Center.
Born September 29, 1961 in Winchester, Va., he was the son of the late Arlie Arnold Winters, Jr. and the late Peggy Faye Bean Winters.
Chris was a graduate of Berkeley Springs High School, Class of 1979. He attended WVU and Shepherd University.
Chris was a self-taught guitarist, and a carpenter by trade.
Chris is survived by his stepmother Gloria Winters of Winchester, Va., his brother Arlie (Mary), his sister Cynthia Williams (Dave) and several nieces and nephews.
Services and burial will be private.
