Thelma Katherine Frazer, age 85, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., passed away on Sunday, February 1, 2026 at War Memorial Hospital in Berkeley Springs, W.Va.

Born August 9, 1940 in Magnolia, W.Va., she was the daughter of the late John William Stotler, Sr. and the late Gusta Mae Shambaugh Stotler.

She was a Christian. Thelma attended public schools in Great Cacapon, W.Va.

She worked over 30 years at War Memorial Hospital as a CNA before finishing her career in the Medical Records Department.

Thelma loved her family, friends and animals. She was an avid collector of anything Elvis, angels, unicorns and lighthouses.

Thelma Katherine is survived by her husband of 47 years, Carl Anthony Frazer; two daughters, Crystal Joy MacCumbee and Noreen Lynn Frazer of Berkeley Springs, W.Va.; three grandsons, Clemente Victorio Miller of Des Moines, Wash., Jade and Austin MacCumbee, both of Berkeley Springs, W.Va.; one great grandson, Dali Franccesco Miller of Des Moines, Wash.; one great granddaughter, Elleigh Mae MacCumbee of Berkeley Springs, W.Va.; three brothers, James L. Stotler of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., Donald C. Stotler of Great Cacapon, W.Va., and Roger W. Stotler of Hedgesville, W.Va., and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Ruby Marie Miller; one brother, John W. Stotler, Jr. and four sisters, Mabel Steinbaugh, Lorraine Hovermale, Betty Farris and Ester Willey.

Celebration of Life Services will be announced at a later date.
