Donna Rae Henry, 74, of Martinsburg, W.Va., passed away unexpectedly on February 4, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.

Born on July 25, 1951, in Berkeley Springs, W.Va., to Donald Edward and Betty Jean Miller Clark.

Donna lived a life full of love, devotion and kindness. She shared 56 wonderful years of marriage with her beloved husband, Larry, creating a home filled with warmth, love and joy. A devoted wife, mother and grandmother, Donna was the heart of her family. She was known for her generosity and her dedication to those she loved. She cherished nothing more than spending time with her granddaughter, Danica.

Donna graduated from Berkeley Springs High School in 1969. She was a member of Union Chapel United Methodist Church in Berkeley Springs, W.Va.

Throughout her life, she worked at Dr. Ralph Kercheval’s Orthodontist Office, American Greetings Cards, Weis Market and most importantly, as a stay-at-home mom to her daughter, Erica. Donna and Larry’s home was always filled with friends and family, and she liked it best that way.

She is survived by her husband, Larry Dean Henry; her daughter and best friend, Erica J. Henry Propst; her son-in-law, Daniel Wade Propst; her adored granddaughter, Danica Paige Propst; in-laws Robert and Portia Henry, Ray and Karen Henry, Cheryl Henry; nieces Betsy Smailes (Tim) and Casandra Henry; and numerous cousins and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her grandparents, Ray Welton and Leona R. Bailey Miller and Raymond Clark and Glenna Hovermale Clark and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

The family will receive friends from 4-7 p.m. on Thursday, February 12, 2026, at Helsley-Johnson Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 95 Union Street, Berkeley Springs, W.Va. Graveside services will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Friday, February 13, 2026, at Union Chapel United Methodist Church, 10123 Valley Rd, Berkeley Springs, W.Va., with the Rev. James Riley officiating.
