Carol Ann Marshall

Carol Ann Marshall, age 75, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., passed away Friday, January 23, 2026 at Winchester Medical Center.
Born April 19, 1950 in Berkeley Springs, W.Va., she was the daughter of the late Sylvester Thurman “Bud” and Mabel Regina Flowers Waugh.
She was a graduate of Berkeley Springs High School.
Carol worked at Seely Pine Furniture in the glass department.
She loved to read.
Carol is survived by her children, Richard Earlee “Rem” Marshall III (Shelly), Jamie Nichole Ryan and Shannon Dwayne Marshall (Jessica), all of Berkeley Springs, W.Va. and Tammy Lorraine Olin (Randy McCarty) of Hancock, Md., one brother, Jeffrey Brian Waugh of Martinsburg, W.Va., nine grandchildren, Richard Earlee Marshall IV, Matthew Colin Marshall, Kayla Whitney Marie Jenkins, Alexis Michelle Venable, Charles Keith Ryan III, Lylah Paige Olin, Landon Bryer Olin, Cameron Scott Marshall and Carter Lee Marshall, and one great grandchild, Amira Joan Venable and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Earlee “Ricky” Marshall II in 2011, two sons, William Keith “Billy” Crosen and Donald Lee “Donnie” Marshall, and two brothers, Thurman Bennett “Buddy” Waugh and Randy Lee Waugh.
Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. on Wednesday, February 4, 2026 at Word of Deliverance Church, 21 Honey Crest Court, Berkeley Springs, W.Va. with Pastor Jack W. Hiles, Jr. officiating. Private burial will be in Greenway Cemetery. Family receives friends at Word of Deliverance Church on Tuesday, February 3, 2026 from 3-7 p.m. and on Wednesday, February 4, 2026 one hour prior to service time.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Carol’s memory may be made to Hospice of The Panhandle, 330 Hospice Lane, Kearneysville, WV 25430.
