Gloria Lee Butts
1938-2025
Gloria Lee Butts, 87, of Martinsburg, passed away Monday, November 17, 2025, at Canterbury Center.
Born September 28, 1938 in Hancock, Md., she was the daughter of the late Arthur Burke and Edna Mann Burke.
Gloria is survived by her granddaughter, Stephanie Thomas and husband Kenny; grandson, Michael (Andy) DeLauney and wife Maria (Barthlow); four great-grandchildren whom she adored, Lexus Thomas (26), Michael Thomas (21), Nathan DeLauney (19) and Zachary DeLauney (14); and an adopted grandchild, Blake Stonestreet (16); a brother, Edward Burke and a sister, Sylvia Hovermale.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Butts, a daughter, Donna Delauney and two sisters, Edwina Miller and Missy Trumpower.
Services were held Friday, November 21, at 11 a.m. at the Brown Funeral Home with Pastor Carroll Williams officiating.
Interment was in Pleasant View Memory Gardens.
