Lloyd Albert “Bert” Timmons III, age 44, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., passed away on Friday, November 14, 2025 at War Memorial Hospital in Berkeley Springs, W.Va.
Born October 14, 1981 in Martinsburg, W.Va., he was the son of Lloyd Albert Timmons, Jr. and Brenda Kay McCusker Timmons.
Bert attended Berkeley Springs Church of the Nazarene.
He was a graduate of Berkeley Springs High School.
He worked as a forklift operator at Dawson’s Home Center in Berkeley Springs, W.Va. and as a security guard at Shenandoah University in Winchester, Va.
He loved riding motorcycles and spending time with his family.
In addition to his parents, Bert is survived by one brother, Shane Allen Timmons of Tyrone, Pa., one nephew, Chase Timmons and one niece, Halina Timmons and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Albert was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Lloyd Albert Timmons, Sr. and Sonja Elaine Betts Timmons and his maternal grandparents, Millard Frank McCusker, Sr. and Eleanor Jane Dawson McCusker.
The family will receive friends from 1-3 and 5-7 p.m. on Thursday, November 20, 2025 at Helsley-Johnson Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 95 Union Street, Berkeley Springs, W.Va. Services and burial will be private.
