Julie Elise Taylor
1961-2025
Julie Elise Taylor, age 64, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., passed away Saturday, June 28, 2025 at War Memorial Hospital Extended Care Facility.
Born May 4, 1961 in Baltimore, Md., she was the daughter of the late Herbert and Ruth Ann Green Magin.
She was a member of CenterPoint Bible Church in Springs Mills, W.Va.
Julie was a high school graduate and earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Biblical Studies from North Carolina College of Theology.
She was owner/operator of Messages of the Messiah in Charles Town, W.Va. and Winchester, Va. for 30 years.
She enjoyed worshiping at church.
Julie is survived by her daughters, Stephanie Jones and Jennifer Weatherholtz, both of Charles Town, W.Va., three sisters, Linda Hoyt, Laura Graber and Elizabeth Magin, one brother, Isaac Magin, eight grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James E. Taylor, her first husband, James Steven Rhoe and one sister, Melisa Daly.
Graveside services will be conducted at 11 a.m. on August 7, 2025 at Pleasant View Memory Gardens, 2938 Charles Town Road, Kearneysville, W.Va.
Celebration of Life Services will be conducted at 1 p.m. on August 7, 2025 at CenterPoint Bible Church, 728 TJ Jackson Drive, Falling Waters, W.Va, with Elder John Price officiating.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Julie’s memory may be made to the National Kidney Foundation, Finance Department, 30 East 33rd Street, New York, NY 10016 or to American Diabetes Association, PO Box 7023, Merrifield, VA 2216-7023.
