Sandra Jean “Sande” Lipinski
Sandra Jean “Sande” Lipinski, 80, of Hancock, Md., passed into the arms of Jesus on Tuesday, October 15, 2024 at Commonwealth Senior Living in Hagerstown, Md.
Born on January 15 in Paw Paw, W.Va., she was the daughter of the late Otis Watson and Portia Virginia Batt Largent.
Sandra was also proceeded in death by her loving husband, Steven Richard Lipinski in 2011. They were married for fifty years.
Sandra was a Christian and loved being a homemaker. She loved her Lord. Both she and her husband were Sunday School teachers in their younger years. Her many interests included the love of her dogs, cooking and baking pies, flower and vegetable gardening, sewing and painting.
Sandra is survived by one daughter, Tammy Jean Eader, Warfordsburg, Pa.; two sons, Steven Richard Lipinski II, Hancock, Md., and Troy Vernon Lipinski, Clear Spring, Md.; two brothers, James I. Largent and Roger L. Largent; eight grandchildren, Sande, James, Joshua, Ashley, Brandon, Jenna, Taylor and Tyler and fourteen great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by her loving daughter, Cindy Shantay McKinley and two brothers, Otis W. Largent, Jr. and Ronald Thomas Largent.
Services will be private.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital or a 100% pet adoption shelter.
