Maryland State Police looking for help in locating armed robbery suspects

Maryland State Police are asking the public’s assistance in locating three suspects in an armed robbery that occurred in the early morning hours of Sunday morning in Hagerstown.

According to a release on the State Police’ s social media, shortly after 4:30 a.m., troopers from the Hagerstown Barrack responded to the 12000 block of Lager Drive for a reported armed robbery. Sheetz in Huyett is located on Lager Drive.

In their preliminary investigation, police said a suspect they described as a white male in his mid-to-late 30s, last seen wearing a red bandana, blue jeans, and a black hoodie, entered the store and displayed a knife to the manager before taking cash and fleeing.

No injuries were reported at the scene, police said.

Police believe there were two other suspects involved in the incident.

One is described as a white female last seen wearing a black jacket and gray sweatpants. Another unknown suspect was the driver of a white ML series Mercedes, which was the vehicle all suspects fled in.
