Justin Kurt Botticher

Justin Kurt Botticher, age 33, of Berkeley Springs, died on Sunday, October 6, 2024 in Martinsburg, W.Va.
Born April 14, 1991 in Winchester, Va., he was the son of Dirk and Debbie Sirbaugh Botticher. Justin graduated from Berkeley Springs High School.
He joined the U.S. Army after 9/11 where he served in the 42nd Clearance Company and 178th Engineer Battalion. Justin was awarded the Purple Heart and several commendations while serving tours in Afghanistan.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by two children, son Boston and daughter, Clara; a brother and sister in law, Nick and Brittany Botticher and was an uncle to Ryland, Brayden and Rhaina Botticher. Justin also leaves behind several cousins, aunts and uncles.
Justin was preceded in death by his grandparents, Clyde, Jr. and Bernice Sirbaugh, Walter and Genivieve Botticher and an uncle, Kurt M. Botticher.
The family received friends on Monday, October 14, 2024 from 6-8 p.m. at Helsley-Johnson Funeral Home, 95 Union Street, Berkeley Springs, W.Va.
Burial at Mt. Zion Church Cemetery at Orleans Crossroads, Great Cacapon, W.Va., will be announced at a later date.
