Charlotte Evelyn Clippinger
1938-2024
Charlotte Evelyn Clippinger, age 85, of Warfordsburg, Pa., passed peacefully at home on Friday, June 7, 2024.
Born August 16, 1938 in Cumberland, Md., she was the daughter of the late D. Franklin and Blanche Ray Robinette, and wife of Donald E. Clippinger.
In addition to her husband of 50 years, Charlotte is survived by her daughter, Sharon Swain, two sons, D. Allen Clippinger and Kevin Clippinger, one sister, Norma Robinette, eight grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Teresa Middlekauff, one brother, Donald Robinette and four sisters, Ester Newton, Opal Davis, Velda Clanton and Eunice Robinette.
Funeral services will be conducted at noon on Thursday, June 13, 2024 at Buck Valley Christian Church, 2281 Harmonia Road, Warfordsburg, Pa., where the family will receive friends one hour prior to services. Pastor Bill Croteau, Jr. will officiate. Burial will be in Buck Valley Christian Church Cemetery.
