The Hancock baseball team took advantage of a lack of batting success by the Forbes Road Cardinals last Friday, April 26 to build up a win for their late season, topping Forbes Road 6-1.
Junior Blair Ray batted in two of those runs, with Tyler Clingerman, Shawn Thomas, Chandler Buskirk and Logan Trumpower adding hits to roll up runs in the third through sixth innings.
The Panthers were set to travel to Northern on Monday, April 29 and will host Clear Spring at home tonight, Wednesday, May 1.
A final season game is set for May 6 against Turkeyfoot Valley Area High School at home.
