1955-2024

Randy Lee Waugh, age 69, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., died on Friday, April 12, 2024 at his home.

Born March 12, 1955 in Berkeley Springs, W.Va., he was the son of the late Sylvester “Bud” and Mabel Regina Flowers Waugh.

He attended Faith in God Chapel.

Randy was a 1973 graduate of Berkeley Springs High School.

His work ethic led him to a lifelong career in manufacturing.

Randy enjoyed watching his favorite football team, the Las Vegas Raiders. He had a love for the outdoors, enjoying hunting and fishing as well as bird watching. Never one to turn down a good time, he was happiest with a full house, surrounded by his family and especially laughing and joking with the grandchildren.

Randy is survived by his five sons, Joshua Daniel and his spouse, Donna of Davidson, N.C., Jason Nathanael and his wife, Jenny of Lusby, Md., Randy Josiah and his wife, Heather of Winchester, Va., Jacob Lee and his fiancé, Allison and Samuel Eli Waugh, all of Berkeley Springs, one sister, Carol “Sis” Marshall of Berkeley Springs, one brother, Jeff Waugh of Martinsburg, W.Va., five grandchildren, Alexzander, Haylee, Aubree, Kennedy and Morgan, and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife of 50 years, Marsha Dawn Kesecker Waugh and one brother, Thurman “Buddy” Waugh.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Friday, April 19, 2024 at Helsley-Johnson Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 95 Union Street, Berkeley Springs, W.Va. Pastor David Kerns will officiate. Burial will be in Spohrs Crossroads Cemetery followed with a reception, same location. The family will receive friends from 1-3 p.m. & 5-7 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
