John David Swink
1935-2024
John David Swink, age 88, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., died on Monday, March 11, 2024 at Willow Tree Healthcare Center in Charles Town, W.Va.
Born November 2, 1935 in the Cold Run Valley area of Berkeley Springs, he was the son of the late Oliver Henry Swink, Sr. and the late Ada Marie Place Swink.
He enjoyed spending time with his family.
John is survived by many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Julia Ellen Collis and Mary Jane Bradham and three brothers, Oliver Henry Swink, Jr., William R. “Dick” Swink and Samuel Jefferson Swink, Sr.
Private burial will be in Union Chapel Cemetery.
