Hancock Marching Band brings home top parade award

Hancock Middle-Senior High School’s marching band won Best Marching Band at the 48th Annual Apple Butter Festival for their performance during the festival’s parade in Berkeley Springs on Saturday, October 7. Hancock topped the home-town Berkeley Springs High School band to bring home the trophy. Rain during the first half of the parade didn’t stop Hancock’s musicians and color guard from putting on a good show for thousands gathered for the annual festival parade.
