Pa. State Police investigating incidents involving teens, drugs, accident

Pennsylvania State Police are investigating two separate incidents in Fulton County involving two teens as well as a drug arrest and an accident.

The first incident occurred on January 26 when, around 9 p.m., a person sent unwanted videos to a 17-year old Warfordsburg teen.

Police said they are still investigating that incident.

The second occurred between October 29 and January 17.

Police said it was reported that a 15-year old Needmore girl was engaging in a sexually activity with a 31-year old male.

Through their investigation, police developed a suspect and the investigation is still ongoing.

No information on either case was available.

Man arrested on possession

On January 8, just after 12:30 a.m., Pennsylvania State Police observed two vehicles parked in a suspicious manner at a closed business on North 6th Street in McConnellsburg.

The operator of a 2014 Jeep Cherokee, Jesse James Kerlin, was arrested for possession of a small amount of marijuana and related paraphernalia.

Warfordsburg man uninjured in accident

A Warfordsburg man was uninjured in an accident a little after 6 a.m. on January 12 in Warfordsburg.

According to Pennsylvania State Police, the accident occurred as a 2014 Ford Focus driven by Richard W. Rohrer, 35, was traveling south on Flickerville Road.

Police said Rohrer failed to properly negotiate a left hand curve in the roadway and as a result, went off the west side of the roadway.

Following leaving the roadway, police said Rohrer struck a bush with the left front of the car and rotated 180 degrees, coming to a final rest facing north.

The car sustained disabling damage as a result of the crash and Rohrer was not injured in the crash.
