Police were called to the 7-11 parking lot last Wednesday, September 7 at about 8 p.m. for a welfare check on a man seen hanging from his truck for about 15 to 20 minutes.
According to a criminal complaint filed in Morgan County Magistrate Court by Officer Tony Link, police observed a man actually hanging over an open truck door in the parking lot.
Upon waking, the man allegedly admitted to having marijuana in his truck. Police then searched the man’s vehicle . . .
