Robert Dean Brown, 60, Hancock, Md., passed away Thursday, August 25, 2022, in Winchester, Va., surrounded by his loving family.
Born August 4, 1962, in Houston, Texas, he was the son of the late Eugene Brown and Doris Winternheimer Brown.
He was a graduate of Tomball High School, Tomball, Texas.
He was a forklift operator for over 30 years, at Save-A-Lot Warehouse in Williamsport, Md.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and watching history and nature documentaries.
He was a devoted father to his four daughters who survive him, Samantha Wolford, and husband Jordan, Warfordsburg, Pa., Brittany Brown, Warfordsburg, Pa., Shelby Brown, Williamsport, Md., and Shawna Brown, Warfordsburg, Pa. He is also survived by one grandson, Jackson Dean Wolford, Warfordsburg, PA.; four brothers, Steven Brown, Ronald Brown, Michael Brown and Ricky Brown, all of Texas; and three sisters, Gail Farris, Cindy Lucky and Lisa Wallace, all of Texas.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, September 1, 2022, at 12 p.m., at Hancock United Methodist Church, 170 West Main St, Hancock, Md.
The family will receive friends at the church two hours prior (10 a.m.-12 p.m.). Pastor Becki Wessinger will officiate. Burial will follow at Damascus Christian Church, 717 Big Cove Tannery Rd., Big Cove Tannery, Pa.
