1943-2022

Lester Benjamin Hull, 78, Rockhill, passed away Tuesday, August 16, 2022 at Geisinger Lewistown Hospital.

Born August 30, 1943, in Hancock, Maryland, he was the son of the late Lester and Dorothy (Younker) Hull.

He is survived by his loving wife, Pauline Louise (Booher); two stepsons, Michael Booher and wife Christine and Anthony Booher and wife Terri; three grandchildren, Brandey, Nakisha and Whitney; seven great-grandchildren, Jenna, Olivia, Lilly, Caroline, Jenny, Blair and Kirra. Lester is also survived by a sister, Agnes Deck and by three brothers, Andrew, Jess and Ralph Hull.

He was preceded in death by four brothers, Raymond, Wilbur, Amos and Daniel Hull and by three sisters, Lena Ganoe, Ruby Swain and Norma Jane Hull.

Lester served in the U.S. Army and retired as a boiler foreman at Letterkenny Army Depot.

He was a member of the American Legion Post 518, Rockhill and he enjoyed camping and attending fairs.

A graveside service was Wednesday, August 24 at Haven Rest Cemetery, Shirleysburg with Joseph Barrett officiated.
