Hancock Police report the following arrests and incidents from the week of July 4-10:

July 4

Traffic enforcement in the Hancock area with eight stops.

Attempted suicide in area of Jackson Street. Subject transported to Meritus.

Parking complaint in the first block of West Main Street. Vehicle moved before arrival.

Fireworks complaint in the 10,000 block of McKinley Drive.

Fireworks complaint in the 200 block of Pennsylvania Avenue.

Disabled vehicle in the 200 block of West Main Street.

July 5

Traffic enforcement in the Hancock area with one stop.

Service to advise in the 200 block of West Main Street. Subject advised.

Assisted Maryland State Police at the I-68/Sideling Hill Rest Area with a disorderly.

Assisted Maryland State Police with a traffic hazard at the 3-mile marker of east- bound I-70. Hazard removed.

Assisted Maryland State Police at the 5-mile marker with a property damage accident.

July 6

Traffic enforcement in the Hancock area with 11 stops.

Alarm in the first block of South Street. Accidental.

Violation of a protective order in the first block of East Main Street. Subject advised.

Service to advise in the 200 block of Pennsylvania A venue.

Service to advise in the 200 block of Baptist Road. Subject advised.

Domestic in the 200 block of West Main Street. All subjects advised.

July 7

Harassment in the 600 block of Quaker Creek. Subject advised.

Traffic hazard on Canal Street. Tractor-trailer turned around safe.

Check well being in Widmeyer Park.

Service to advise in the 100 block of High Street. Neighbor dispute and subjects advised.

Service to advise in the 100 block of High Street. Custody issues and subject advised.

Unable to locate anything. Alarm in the 100 block of West Main Street. Building secure.

Animal complaint in the 100 block of Washington Street.

Parking complaint in the first block of High Street. In- formation given on vehicle.

Assisted EMS in the 100 block block of High Street. Subject transported.

Suspicious vehicle in the first block of East Main Street.

July 9

Attempt to locate in the Hancock area. Checked area and unable to locate.

Traffic enforcement in the Hancock area with seven stops.

Alarm in the 100 block of West Main Street. Accidental.

Suspicious person in the 100 block of High Street. Subjects checked okay.

Assisted Maryland State Police on the U.S. 522 bridge. Subject was gone on arrival and unable to locate.

July 10

Harassment in the 100 block of High Street. Subjects advised.

Traffic enforcement in the Hancock area with 11 stops.

Urination in public in the 100 block of West High Street. Subject advised to use the indoor restroom.

Child abuse report in the first block of Methodist Avenue. Information taken and subjects advised.

Traffic complaint in the 200 block of Park Road. 4-wheelers in the park. Subjects were advised.

July 14

Traffic enforcement with six stops in the Hancock area. Police information in the 100 block of High Street. Information given.

Domestic in the 200 block of High Street. Subjects advised.

Assist Maryland State Police at the 1-mile marker of westbound I-70.

911 hang up in the first block of Tonoloway Street. Subject advised.

July 15

Traffic enforcement with six stops in the Hancock area. Disabled vehicle in the 200 block of East Main Street. Vehicle was removed to safe location.

Disorderly conduct in the 200 block of East Main Street. Subjects advised.

Warrant service in the 100 block of West Main Street. Beth Woodal, 41, of Hancock was arrested on a warrant.

Assist Washington County Sheriff’ s Office in the 4000 block of Munson Lane. Emergency commitment. Subject was transported to Meritus.

July 16

Service to advise in the 5000 block of Creek Road. Subject advised.

Traffic complaint in the 200 block of Pennsylvania Avenue. Vehicle found and subject advised.

July 17
